In 2014, Seven Network from Australia chose me to participate as a guide in their travel program “My France with Manu”. Manu Feildel is a French born chef who has become very famous in Australia thanks to its TV Cooking Shows. In this hit series, he travels through all the different regions of France. He cooks with the local people and, presents in a very charming way the beauty, the specialties and the regional diversities of France to the Australian people.

For the portion on the French Riviera, the focus was on the glitz and glamour of the region, rather than on the cooking. I was very lucky to drive him in a stylish Porsche along our most beautiful streets. In the short video clip here below you can see the gorgeous Rothschild Villa; the famous coastal roads, or Corniches as we call them, and last not least the village of Eze, where we had Champagne on the breath taking terrace of the Hotel Chateau de la Chèvre d’Or.

For a couple of hours I almost felt like Grace Kelly in ‘To catch a Thief”.
